Partnering with businesses and organizations to support leaders and teams from the inside out. These sessions focus on strengthening leadership capacity and improving team dynamics by cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being and connection.


Accommodating & Collaborative

Sessions are held on Zoom so you can join from the comfort of your own space and fit coaching into your busy schedule. Together, we co-create each session to meet what’s happening for you or your team in the moment.

My approach combines the latest research in neuroscience and psychology with a supportive, personalized coaching process. We start by identifying and understanding sources of stress in your personal and professional life, then develop strategies and systems to manage it, using concrete tools that help you level up your leadership performance.
