Facilitation

Leadership doesn’t come with a roadmap.

High performers work hard, excel in their field, and earn leadership roles only to find that the skills and strategies that fueled their success can quickly lead to stress and burnout.

Leadership is not necessarily about doing more-it’s about doing less, better.

It’s about developing the ability to engage, connect, influence, and mobilize people to meet tough challenges.

My facilitation helps leaders and teams:

Shift from hustle to influence

Learn the people-centered skills that make leadership sustainable and effective.

Lead through connection

Practice communication and coaching strategies that help people feel valued, supported, and inspired.

Expand your capacity, not your hours

Build new approaches that help you lead without adding more to your plate.

Navigate real challenges with real tools

Gain practical frameworks to manage stress, foster collaboration, and guide your team through change.

Growth happens when people are involved, not when they’re passively listening.

Each of my two-hour, interactive workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually, with the option to choose the full series or select individual trainings to meet your team’s needs.

Gain valuable insights with sessions tailored to your organization’s goals, culture, and challenges

Have meaningful moments with your team that are high-impact, energizing, and practical long after the session.

Foster growth and capacity while making space for connection, creativity, and yes, even fun!

The session [with Julie] allowed my team to focus on finding solutions to aid their own wellbeing, and allowed them to use each other for support and encouragement. It was tangible, productive, and gave my team a sense of empowerment in their ability to overcome obstacles!
