Julie will reveal the concept of automatic stress responses and share techniques for building the skills and mindsets to hack the stress cycle and improve mental fitness.

Julie has over two decades of experience as a counselor, facilitator, educator, consultant, and coach. As the founder of New Pathways Coaching & Consulting, she has gained an enthusiastic following by empowering leaders at all levels with tools and strategies to increase well-being and improve performance. Her concrete approach achieves a deeper understanding of the stress response that will foster composure, authenticity, and greater wellbeing.

Julie Haagenson is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner through the Institute of Professional Excellence In Coaching (iPEC), a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She incorporates her training as a mental fitness coach with the Positive Intelligence program and her training at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence into her consultancy with organizations across the country. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Education from The Institute for Educational Studies where she now serves on the faculty. Julie lives in Pittsfield, MA, where she operates her business.
